Q: How old are the cars?
A: The majority of our cars are later models, range from 2 to 6 years old, and are serviced by our authorized Isuzu service department, and include 24 hour roadside assistance, within our service radius.
Q: What are the qualifications to rent a car?
A: We will need your valid drivers license, proof of full coverage insurance and a major credit card, or bank issued debit card.
Q: What are the insurance requirements?
A: As with most rental car companies, the requirement is full coverage, with comprehensive & collision that will extend to a rented vehicle.
Q: What if I only have liability or I have no coverage?
A: If you have a major credit card, we can check to see if the credit card has rental insurance coverage available. If you have no credit card, you may purchase our Collision Damage Waiver, which would cover collision damages to the rental vehicle.
Q: What is the minimum rental age?
A: The minimum age to rent is 21; under the age of 25, there is a surcharge of $5 per day.
Q: Are there additional fees for a second driver?
A: An additional driver fee of $5 per day may apply for additionl drivers. We do not charge additional driver fees if the additional driver is a spouse.
Q: Is there a deposit?
A: As with most rental companies, there is an authorization placed on the credit card. When the vehicle is returned, the authorization can be charged or released, if paying with another form of payment.
